Access Control (T&A)

ACCESS CONTROL AND  TIME & ATTENDANCE

{Human Resource Audit solutions}
   Access Control Work Scope……….
Using POE Design, POE is a mature technology that allows power to be managed and transferred between PSEs and PDs over low-cost Ethernet cables, thereby avoiding costly AC outlet installations and running power cables.
With POE, many integration like Surveillance Cameras, Vehicle Parking Lot Management System, Alarms can be centralized under the control of one sever system.
Reduced Wiring: Only a single Cat5 or Cat6 cable is required to be pulled from the nearest drop to the opening. All devices at the opening will be powered from the PES-POE-Switch Controller with the Door Openers and same time can also externally powered devices like alarms, strobes, sirens etc.
In the installation phase, multiple door controller system will be adopted: Typical alternative systems require a reader head, lock, data cable and mains power spur as well as a control box and power supply installed at every door. But this adopted design only needs a CAT5e cable, electric lock and intelligent reader to ensure maximum security. Consequently, there is by mass up to 80% less equipment to install, resulting in more rapid installation, lower maintenance charges and less to recycle at the end of the system’s life.

Database Management Software; The applicable Software™ is user friendly, runs on your Windows PC and provides easy enrollment, allowing  the management to define who, where and when people are allowed in. It uses the SQL data structure making it very easy to integrate with video recording systems, and an active directory bridge to make it easier to register user rights.
The software manages and controls all the door access readers and is controlled by the authorized security personnel. Once customized as desired, the software sends all the information to all the IP readers. The reader stores and processes all the commands. This means that even if the network goes down, the readers have all the information necessary to continue to operate. This supports an unlimited number of doors and card holders.

Why Access Control?

  • The purpose of an access control system is to provide quick, convenient access to those persons who are authorized, while at the same time, restricting access to unauthorized people.
  • Enhance building security: of course, it is used to limit access to specific areas, ensuring that only authorized staff can enter them. Particularly in multiple occupancy buildings, it is often also useful to tie the operation of lifts into
  • Audit trail – With an access control system, you will have a record of every opening and attempted opening of each door or
  • Time/day restrictions – If there are certain employees that should only be there at certain times and days.
  • Improve payroll efficiency: Modern access control systems can supply data in a format that is readily compatible with payroll packages, so the tedious and error-prone process of entering staff attendance data manually can be completely eliminated.

Our Work Scope – Planning, Installations & Delivery

Customers can contact our technical team for inquiry, and first to table the need for their security system requirements. To this end WESTCOT-GULF can arrange a site visit, for inspection, and parameter array, and develop a blue print to best suit the customer’s requirement, and offer input for security options and an installation schedule.
Our installations and maintenance projects are highly customers friendly, well planned from Site Inspection, Technical Design, Analysis, and down to Implementation, to minimize security risks, and focuses on cost efficient delivery with the least possible disruption to the customers operations.

All our installations are carried out by WESTCOT-GULF certified installers and a Hi-Tec Supervision by our affiliated Original Equipment Manufacturers.

The final phases are. . Test-Running, Training of personals and Commissioning
